Romanian Military thought about the need for youth preparation for homeland defense in the interwar period

Summary/Abstract: The work presents the preoccupations of the inter-war Romanian military thought to train and prepare youth for the purpose of defending the homeland in the complex conditions of those years. Having in view the needs of the defense of the homeland, the traditions of the Romanian people, the Romanian military authors have made many proposals and solutions designed to prepare the youth from the military point of view. Although the problems have not been fully resolved, the concerns and measures taken in this regard represent significant contributions to the enrichment of the traditions of the struggle of the entire people for the defense of the homeland
