Hanges in the proceedings landscaping administration in terms of complaints to idle and administrative excessive length of proceedings

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze the changes in the Acton proceedings before administrative courts in terms of failure to act and the excessive length of administrative proceedings. Discussed was the scope of judicial administrative bodies of the public administration in the field of inactivity and excessive length of administrative proceedings. Characterized complaint for failure to act and the length of proceedings bodies and ways of decisions of the administrative courts in the event of a complaint for failure to act , or excessive length of proceedings, and responsible authorities in case of untimely settlement of administrative matters.
