Summary/Abstract: The article provides a brief presentation of the draft rules of arbitration procedure of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The objective of these draft rules is to modernize the operation of international arbitration in Romania and to create a more flexible approach to the application of the arbitration procedural rules, taking into account the best relevant international practices in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
