Summary/Abstract: Far from being considered the "queen of evidence" (although not so few practitioners do consider it), finding crimes in general and corruption in particular is an unbeatable way of proving criminal activities, especially the criminalistic activities that have been carried out with precision in the criminal field that provides scientific rigor to probation. The article highlights some specific procedural and practical aspects, as well as some special rules applicable in the precursor stage of the forensic investigation of the place of committing corruption acts, as they result from the criminal investigation activities.
