Summary/Abstract: Corruption offenses, due to their specificity, have some particularities as compared to other crimes. This, in order to emphasize as accurately as possible the circumstances in which the criminal act was committed, investigation of the place of deed requires the observance of procedures that guarantee the preservation of all useful means of proof for the clarification of the case. Therefore it involves the proof of the existence or non-existence of the offense and if so positive the establishing the perpetrator's crime as well as the proof of flagrancy. The importance of the way in which the activity of finding the flagrant offenses is done is given by the fact that it represents an irreversible moment in the criminal prosecution activity, so that a thorough preparation is necessary, depending on the particularities of each cause and the concrete activities to be undertaken.
