Summary/Abstract: The agrarian crisis in our continent at the end of the eighth century (1873-1890) exacerbated Romania's export potential, which had negative consequences for the economy as a whole. This was the occasion for extensive debates in Parliament, which, moreover, echoed the concerns of Romanian public opinion.
