Summary/Abstract: To begin with, the seal of the Academia Mihăileană, dating from 1834, was used to demonstrate that the day of the constitution was not June 16, 1835, a date which appeared in all the works of specialty, but November 1834 , period of beginning of the courses at the Academy.
