Earned value method for operational cost control of civil structure

Summary/Abstract: Realization of civil structures, which are more and more technologically complex makes operational cost control more complex and difficult to execute. Traditional methods of operational cost management have limited scope. A method used for effective cost monitoring against technical performance is Earned Value Management. This study specify exemplify use to control costs on big public building realization. Authors analyzed monthly reports form over three years back and on their basis prepared periodical financial reports according to EVM.
