Summary/Abstract: We aim to analyze a space relevant from a geopolitical, geostrategic and geoeconomicpoint of view, where important global actors, in terms of social and securityissues, are both in partnership and in competition. Many relevant actors of theinternational system militate for the establishment of a climate of stability and of a jointagenda for solving any potential issue that may occur.
