Restructuring of managers’ education at Polish technical universities

Summary/Abstract: In the article changes related to labor market in Poland and the European Union were characterized. Their implications on manager’s education at Polish technical universities were presented. A need for radical changes in the system of management education was supported by many arguments including labor market requirements and pending integration processes in Europe. Directions of those changes were illustrated which can either be observed already or are expected to appear in future.
