Necessity of radical changes in management education

Summary/Abstract: In the article implications on manager’s education resulting from civilization changes were presented. Necessity of radical changes in the system of education in the field of management was supported by many arguments including labor market requirements and pending integration processes in Europe. Directions of those changes were illustrated which can either be observed already or are expected to appear in future.
