Preparing Teachers to the Reform of Education Based on an Example of Swietokrzyskie Province

Summary/Abstract: The author describes how PAOW and its education part was used at Swietokrzyskie Province. It was decided to train teachers to new duties and new teaching programs which was brought by reform of education in 1999. Those trainings helped to overcome an aversion to the reform and contributed to the effectiveness of teaching.
