Summary/Abstract: In the article, the author deals with the problems of Central Europe. He imagines it as a region which in present-day belongs to the most discussed in the frame of Europe. It is not accidental that writers, historians, ethnologists, art historians, political scientist and several others took part in discussions about the question of Central Europe.
