Summary/Abstract: In comming years we can expect discussions about some serious issues – U. S. – Russia coalition against terrorism, economic relations, change – continuity or modifications of both American and Russian foreign policies, etc. American – Russian relationschip will definitely be an important part of analysts' and politicans' interest and an object of study all around the world, like it used to be in recent times. These is our thesis about U. S. – Russian relations after the desintegration of USSR.
