Summary/Abstract: For a law journal, a controversial topic such as vaccination is highly appealing as it involves two opposing sides that violently confront each other with irreconcilable arguments, but overlook, in most cases, one capital argument which is the law. To be more accurate, they leave out precisely that part of the law which requires taking into account the up-to-date discoveries of science. The present paper aims at trying to clarify the grounds on which the current scientific data reveals that vaccination is indeed playing Russian roulette, while pointing out the legal and practical implications derived from such findings.
