Summary/Abstract: The preliminary ruling pronounced by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the joined cases C-58/13 and C-59/13 is not a novelty in the case law of the European Court. The ruling is the fruitage of the consequent application of the unique market and free settlement rules provided by the EU Treaties. New are just the facts which these rules are applied, that give us the opportunity to expound few unknown information about the practice of the attorney ship in Romania, Italy and Spain.
