Summary/Abstract: In this contribution the author deals with the problem of the election law and political parties in the reality of the Slovak republic. The author evaluates critically the develpoment proces in the postmodern slovak society and installes interesting questions of possible trends of the Slovak republic as a part of the European union. The politics apprehends as the fenomenon of the game and citizan as a player in this game, which is in the hands of politicians.
