Summary/Abstract: Article aims to analyse the activities of cultural institutions (theatres) using marketing experience and assessment of management experience in building their customer experience. As an example of actions implemented in this area of marketing there was used Arlekin [Harlequin] Puppet Theatre in Lodz. The authors described some actions carried out by Theatre, indicating the points of contact of these activities with expertise built in its recipient. Attention was also paid to the consistency of those actions with the adopted organisation’s strategy. The article provides a case study of that theatre. The rating of this case study has been limited to the content analysis of the information available on websites and social media.
