Summary/Abstract: A more and more considerable factor that contributes to change is the continued developmentand dissemination of new information and communication technologies. Information andcommunication technology have led to considerable changes in people’s communication, makingit possible to disseminate information not only via traditional media platforms. Owing to Internetcompanies can create their own communication channels aimed directly at present and futurecustomers. The paper aims at identifying the possibilities of using the Internet in the process oftaking and realizing purchase decisions regarding tourist services. The paper is devoted to importanttransformations that tourism is subject to by promoting information and communication technology.The Internet and mobile technologies change both the media space and the way companies andconsumers communicate.
