Summary/Abstract: Work and education plays an important role in shaping the life of very person. Thanks to it a man perfects himself, gains the means to life,and learns how to sacrifice for others. Work makes people realize their value. It unfolds in all dimensions of human life: somatic, emotional,mental, spiritual and moral. For this reason, it is impossible to separate from it the operation and process of education. Education is an essential aid in the discovery of man's possibilities. Responsibility and work for functioning education is always carried out in a social context,and produces some specific environments of formation in the community. Natural educational environment is that of family, school, work-place and other institutions. The impact of the participation, interactions and role models is characteristic for all these groups. The human existence and society depends on the proper work in the field of education.
