Summary/Abstract: The indigenous French writing authors seem to have found their place in literature; they have even built their book fair, Kwahiatonhk!, involving interviews, round tables, and research conferences. But the public recognition goes beyond that, it touches also the academic field. In short, the public is challenged and the mission of educational institutions is that of transmitting a decolonialized knowledge. Does this apparent opening mean that Quebec is a space without preconceived ideas? When it comes to asking the question of pluralism, of politics, and of territory, nothing is as simple as it seems.
