Stature of Arbitrators in the International Trade

Summary/Abstract: The jurisprudence nd the international conventions are mainly preoccupied with the ongoing of the arbitration and only slightly with the persons entrusted to lead the arbitral process and to pronounce the judgment. The Statute of arbitrators is however the object of some private regulations and some deontological codes. The management and completion of proceedings require the competence of jurists, but the technicality of the object of arbitration disputes require the presence of specialists who can assure the precise understanding and the optimum solving of the specific of every case.
