Summary/Abstract: In his article, the author undertook considerations concerning students’ opinions research and their importance in the system of high school management. The approach to the problem is expressed by the question in which degree surveys of students in their new role of a purchaser of the education service are an element of the traditional mission of the high school and in which they are a tool and expression of promotional activity, recruitment campaign, and management of relationships of the type: customer ‒ institution, and “high school marketing”.
