Summary/Abstract: The reason to undertake research topic are problems with the implementation of theNational Afforestation Programme (KPZL). More than twenty years of its implementationshows the diverse nature of obstacles. Aspect considered in this paper is the relation betweenthe structure of land ownership and implementation of the KPZL. The study analyzed alsothe spatial differences between the regions in the implementation of the KPZL.
