Digital Competences in the Implementation of the Concept of Dynamic Capabilities

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the connection between the concept of organization’sdynamic capabilities and the development of competences treated as an importantresource of the organization. The current environment is characterized by high dynamicsof change. It is necessary to have the skills to identify these changes and to react to themby introducing innovation and reconfiguration of resources. This can be achieved by developingthe enterprise’s dynamic capabilities. Due to the technological progress the dynamiccapabilities should increasingly include digital competencies.
