Determinants of Internationalization of Research and Development Activity on the Example of China

Summary/Abstract: The R&D internationalization is not a new phenomenon but in recent years its significancehas increased and the process itself evolved. The following factors influenced thischange: the globalization of markets because of technological progres, the integration ofdeveloped and developing economies (China, India), increasing specialization in a globalchain of values, the internationalization of science, international mobility of scientists andtheir cooperation in branches of science.The aim of this article is to present selected determinants of R&D internationalizationon the example of China.
