Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the selected area idea management in the context ofthe use of methods to stimulate creativity. Created model of the creative process pays particularattention to the phase of ideas, i.e. creation, selection and development of ideas. Phaseindicate how to manage them. The article presents also, for example, three of the surveyedcompanies, the factors that contribute to the proper management of ideas: from planning tohold a session of creative and ending with the assessment results. Described in the article aretwo methods to stimulate creativity help extract ideas from them a large pool or allow to setthe possible consequences of the resulting solutions.
