Building the team with methods of use creative problem solving

Summary/Abstract: More and more companies pay attention to team-solving problems, which makes the traditional way of building a team seem to be insufficient. Therefore, other, non-standard approaches are sought. The aim of the conducted research was to make the team’s work more effective using creative methods of work. The research methodology used to carry out the task is to use the innovative group model according to West, choosing methods for creative problem solving supported by available qualitative methods. The achieved results include: the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods used, improve the team’s functioning and increase the number of ideas created in the group. As a result, it should be concluded that the stages of team building can be planned in the right way with the use of adequate methods.
