Summary/Abstract: Lifelong Learning basically means acquiring new knowledge, never losing knowledge, creating something. In addition to the trainings they receive in their schools, the concept of Lifelong Learning, which aims to develop personality, social and vocational development throughout the lifetime, including on-the-job training, has gained tremendous momentum as the expectations of the labor market increase day by day. Factors such as progress in information technology, expectation of employees to improve their performance, adaptation to the changing world in the best possible way, and upgrading of problem-solving skills are among the main reasons for the attribution of life-long learning expectation to individuals. Vocational Schools are vocational higher education institutions with the aim of educating qualified intermediate workers in the labor market. The pre-requisite for finding a comfortable job by standing out among their competitors after graduation, whether consciously or randomly settled in the relevant departments, is undoubtedly also dependent on their individual training, beyond the training they receive in school. In this context, the Lifelong Learning Trends Questionnaire consisting of 29 questions prepared according to the scale of 5 likert with this study and the tendencies of the students studying in different departments at Adnan Menderes University Atça Vocational School will be tried to be revealed.
