Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the quality dimensions of IT-supported service business processes.A model of the factors that influence the quality of such processes was presentedalong with the fundamental problems of quality assurance which are specific to theservice processes with the information technology applied, particularly the virtualizationand cloud computing solutions.
