Key Sources of Innovations of Mystery Masters of Polish Economy

Summary/Abstract: An aim of considerations is to present the key sources of innovativeness of Polish mystery masters in the Polish economy, i.e. the enterprises which, according to the H. Simon’s concept, have a low level of presence in public awareness but are in the top triad in the global market. The empirical studies, whose fragment is presented here, were carried out in 2010 within the research project of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education No. N N115 008237, entitled Intangible assets as a source of hidden competitive advantage of mystery masters of the Polish economy, carried out at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. That study findings indicate that the key source of innovativeness of enterprises of this category are own surveys’ findings. It seems that this is an important conclusion for all enterprises trying to build their innovativeness and, therefore, competitiveness. The article is of the research nature.
