Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present possibilities of support of research conducted with the use of questionnaire by physiological measuring using the eye tracker. This article presents the results of usability testing of banks’ websites with the use of personal interviews and eye-tracking studies in the context of triangulation of research methods.
