Summary/Abstract: The present study examines strengthening of the congregational community in Strumitsa and the region. Some problems are analyzed connected to attracting and supporting of the pastors, functioning and developing of the Evangelical protestant activity and its part in protection and preserving of the national consciousness in the local population.
