Summary/Abstract: In the article the problem of retailers’ dishonesty was presented. On the base of the results of field researches the scope of non ethical retailers’ activities experienced by respondents was described. In the next part of this article respondents’ behaviors made in the influence of retailers’ dishonesty were analyzed in the two groups: impulsive behaviors and moved in the time behaviors. Each described behavior was presented in the three areas: scope, distance and level. The results of researches showed that respondents’ activity was limited, especially in the relation to their impulsive behaviors. Two dishonest retailers’ practices caused the biggest respondents’ impulsive and moved activities. These practices were the most problems for respondents.
