Summary/Abstract: This article deals with establishing outcomes of crime of genocide found by the Judgment of the International Court of Justice in The Hague on 26 February 2007 in the case Bosnia and Herzegovina versus Serbia and Montenegro in respect of violation of Convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide and thinking how to eliminate them in the interest of protecting peace and security at the West Balkan region.
