Summary/Abstract: During the 1990s, a judiciary reform, along with other social and political reforms, was initiated in Croatia. With the new judiciary laws passed, the old federal and republic ones became void. The initiation of the EU accession process, the work on the judiciary reforms and development of the judiciary system in Croatia intensified, while the court and state attorney office network was reorganised and rationalised. This also reflected on the judiciary bodies as the creators and holders of the records in the competence of the State Archives in Osijek.
