Summary/Abstract: The starting point of the French Regulation School research is post-war dynamic and sustainedeconomic growth based on a specific fordist system. Since the decomposition of fordism, the aim ofthe school has been the formalization of the alternative regime, which could become the successor ofthis system. According to the Regulation School the historical perspective suggests that changes inthe human capital resulting from human anthropogenesis, generated in the sector of healthcare andeducation, can become the basis of long-term socio-economic development.
