Summary/Abstract: For the first time in the history of Bosnian literature the author presents here to the scientific as well as to the wider public, the Latin transliteration and the description of the charter of the Ban Stefan and the City of Dubrovnik from February 15, 1333, "under the fortress of the city Srebrenik". It is a further proof of the unbroken development of the Bosnian literary language from the 12th to the 15th century. The document of the Ban Stefan and the City of Dubrovnik from 1333 was written in the telegraphic Bosnian Cyrillic script, with elements of the constitution written in Kurrent. The copy of the document is now in the State Archives in Dububnik under the sign sign.1333_CR 25.
