Summary/Abstract: Forms and methods of communication in Bulgarian schools have retained archaic nature for decades. The pre-school and school education law reinforces the status quo in this important part of the relations between teachers and parents. The concept of the school community has been introduced without the provision of adequate support. Applications for two-way communication and feedback like Class dojo, bloomz, Seesaw, Classroom etc. are not well known and their use is limited.
