Summary/Abstract: Human resources are the basis for creating value each company. Employees can be a source of competitive advantage, this includes the tourist industry. The traditional approach to human resources in the tourism industry appears to be insuffi cient. because in tourism isseasonal nature of production. Seasonality of the tourism market makes it necessary to adopta suitable strategy for human resource management. The aim of this article is to determine theeffect of the importance of seasonality in choosing a possible strategy for human resources management in tourism businesses.
