Summary/Abstract: Nowadays physical activity is an important part of proper human development. We see more and more people who are engaged in some form of physical activity. Fitness clubs gather crowds who want to spend their free time after work in an active way. The model of modern man’s life has changed, both man and woman are active. Strength training is on the rise in modern; modified and safe – it has become a fashion and a lifestyle for a wide number of active and entrepreneurial women. Modern strength training changed its old face, under the watchful eye of a professional personal trainer. As a personal trainer, I will point out the strengths of modern forms of light movement and safe strength training for women such as CrossFit, Tabata, High Intensity Training, Kettlebells, Power Combo, Body Pump, High Intensity Circuit Training, Body Shape and Boot Camp. Improved appearance, firmness of the body, slim silhouette, loss of a few pounds and fat reduction without muscle gain are the expectations and goals of a modern woman.
