The mental health of primary school pupils in the focus of the future teacher’s professional competence

Summary/Abstract: Mental health is a basic factor for human well-being and a priority for our society today. In this article has been implemented a comparative theoretical analysis of the professional competencies of future primary teachers for methodological modeling of the relationship “goals – learning content – technology” at conforming mental health in primary school. The analysis of the curricula of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and Veliko Tarnovo University “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” – Branch Vratsa shows a general plan to provide quality preparation of the students through their training within the general theoretical (fundamental), specialized and applied pedagogical disciplines / courses. The mental health of students in primary school has been commented in the field of professional expression of future pedagogues, at the regulatory role of the State Educational Standard for civic, health, environmental and intercultural education.
