Summary/Abstract: The subject of the present study is the analysis of the immediate and interim (preliminary) enforcement of the individual administrative acts. The study is an attempt to identify the characteristic features of the immediate and interim enforcement of the individual administrative acts. The interim (preliminary) and immediate enforcement are equalent kinds of the same category enforcement before coming on effect of the administrative acts”. The immediate enforcement of the individual administrative act is directly connected with the legal norms. The difference to the interim (preliminary) enforcement is evident – the interim enforcement of the individual administrative act in major degree is determinated by the available concrete legal facts.
