The Problem of the Enforcement of the Legal Acts

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the present study is the analysis of the enforcement of the legal acts. The study is an attempt to identify the characteristic features in enforcement of the different legal acts. The analysis is based on the role of the State. It takes up a main role in this kind of enforcement. The particular place and the role of the state depend on the kind of the legal act, which will be enforced. The enforcement of the legal acts could be presented as a process. The enforcement of the legal acts displays the required distinctive legal character; as a process it is legally regulated; the enforcement of the legal acts is provided by legal resources (the system of incentives and sanctions); the result of enforcement is prejudged in a legal act.
