Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the Cultural regional science, phenomenon of regional choral culture and highlighting features of the issues in the XX – XXIst centuries. The main purpose of the article is to examine the genesis of choral culture as a social and historical component, and consider the general components, which are typical for Ukrainian choral culture. Methodology. In this study the author uses comparative, historical, contextual and systematic methods. They allow the author to identify regional choral culture as part of the general cultural-historical process. Scientific Novelty The scientific novelty is the generalized concept of the specific features of regional choral culture as the subject of scientific research in theoretical works of the XX-XXI centuries. The most characteristic aspects of the study of this phenomenon in the context of the realities of the twentieth century are reviewed. The necessity of studying the regional choral culture as the means of perception and formation of the true picture of human existence is highlighted. The article shows the main parts of choral culture that reflect ideological determinants of the twentieth century. Conclusions. The analyzing of the Cultural regional science is a necessary part of the entity vision of culture. In this context, the choral culture can reflect historical worldview in society and contribute to the development of national consciousness.
