Summary/Abstract: The topic of the current discourse is provoked by the new educational realities in educational system arising from the new Law of preschool and school education and adjoining regulatory documents that entry into force on the 1st of August 2016. It has been done an attempt to outline the opportunities and mechanisms of efficient social and pedagogical work in educational environment that is orientated to support children and pupils in the inclusive education process according to the referred to principles, priorities and texts in the Law.
