On the origins of the group and theatrical plays of Jan Lechoń

Summary/Abstract: The paper is made of two parts which detail reception of creative works of Stanisław Wyspiański in the interwar period. In the first part the author reminded the origin of the name of the group of young poets of Warsaw along with theatrical receipt of Wyspiański's "Akropolis" Wyspiańskiego to 6 December 1918 roku when Jan Lechoń made his speech in the auditorium of Hygienic Society. Patronage of the author "Wesele" was reinforced also by gestures made by „Skamander” - a print out of one of scenes of "Wyzwolenie" and of a play written in German called "Weimar 1829" along with a commentary from Tadeusz Sinko (initially its print out translated by Jan Lechoń was announced).In the second part the author discloses references of Jan Lechoń's theatrical fragments – a black comedy "Pani Walewska", published in the first number of Skamander and in scenes from Godzina przestroga, written since the end of thirties to post-war era.
