Summary/Abstract: The problem of empathy is an important one in modern psychology. Empathy is reliving states, thoughts and actions of others like yours. The present research is focused on empathy at adolescents. So we can mention that 23,3 % of adolescents presents low level of empathy, 66,7% - moderate level of empathy and 10% - high level of empathy. Comparative analyzes permit to establish that high school adolescents and adolescent in conflict with laws are characterized by different levels of empathy. Adolescents in conflict with laws present a lower level of empathetic tendencies than high school adolescents.
