Research in the area of sociological operators for determining users’ perception about library services

Summary/Abstract: The scientific knowledge of the opinion expressed by the community served by a library, as a result of users’ perception upon this institution, represents an essential reference point for the important approaches of the people in charge in the library, in order to develop the info-documentary structure. The main purpose of these sociological researches is that to achieve a holding of data and information which represent opinions and reporting of different categories of specific users about those elements defining libraries’ identity, as well as their role and the condition of staff in the local community.
