Summary/Abstract: The article discusses about problems of individual teaching in the conditions of modern school from which required to create such conditions which are conducive to the optimal degree of development of individual potential students and satisfy their needs. Although the issue of individualization of learning has its own history, it is still the subject of debate not only among scientists but also officials. We have not developed an effectively model of school, which would include teaching and educational process based on individual teaching. Barriers faced by schools and teachers are bound by the terms of the education program and organizational and staff qualifications and competence. They led to action in the most apparent, aimed primarily at achieving social objectives rather than objectives related to the development of students. Attempts to different treatments individualizing work with students in adapting the content, methods, forms and means of teaching the psychophysical abilities of students did not bring, so far, the expected results.
